Newtown is a suburb in the inner west portion of Sydney. This city is four kilometres in southwest of Sydney’s CBD. It straddles the local government areas of the City of Sydney and Inner West Council in New South Wales, Australia.

People get off the train in Newtown, and they see street art. A famous mural from 1991 by Juilee Pryor and Andrew Aiken called I Have a Dream is a popular King Street icon. It also shows Martin Luther King Jr with the Aboriginal flag.
